Telephone Support


We offer our customers free telephone support on any particular printer problem up to a maximum of 15 minutes. We offer extended telephone support at the rate of $25 for each additional 15 minutes. We provide telephone support on the following:

1 Printer installation, configuration and operation
2 Printer/scanner problem diagnosing and troubleshooting
3 Installation or replacement of parts & accessories
4 Configuring printer/scanner initial function settings, such as Scan to email, Scan to FTP, etc.
5 Printer/scanner network installations and troubleshooting. Supported OS: Windows 98, 2000, XP, SBS
server 2003, and Server 2003, SUSE Linux, Ubuntu Desktop/Server, Redhat and Fedora
