Telephone Support
We offer our customers free telephone support on any particular printer problem up to a maximum of 15 minutes. We offer extended telephone support at the rate of $25 for each additional 15 minutes. We provide telephone support on the following:

Installation or replacement of parts & accessories |

Configuring printer/scanner initial function settings, such as Scan to email, Scan to FTP, etc. |

Printer/scanner network installations and troubleshooting. Supported OS: Windows 98, 2000, XP, SBS |
